# 25 Talkers Thoughts About Hugs

Never gave it a serious thought. How you hug or touch another person can and does affect that person in some way, shape or form.

Also been reviewing certain techniques I’ve used in doing healing works. Have long wondered about how my hands would land on a specific area, and find it a ‘hot’ or ‘cold’ spot that needed special attention. Lucky guess, or whatever, those occurrences were no longer in the coincidence only thoughts. Seems that intuition if listened to, will take root in assisting one to find areas needing a healing assist.

How to Hug
( When I came across this information, I really did check it out for true or false. It is true.)
Most times, at least here in the U.S., when we go in for a hug we go toward the person’s right cheek. Maybe this is because most of us are right handed, but it seems to be the norm. If you do the muscle testing after this hug, you’ll find that your muscle is weaker, meaning your energy level is down. However, when we hug left cheek to left cheek instead, the muscle testing shows that we are stronger, or that our energy level is up. Why is this? When we hug on the right side, we’re connecting liver to liver. Our liver is where we hold our anger, so we are actually sharing our anger with each other for a brief moment. That weakens our energy. On the other hand, when we hug left to left, we connect at our heart centers, where we hold our love. So for that brief moment, we are sharing our love from that place in our hearts.
Try it, and see if you can feel the difference
There is of course, much more to write about, but for now,
Be Well

So at 7am this morning your two adopted daughters stood in my kitchen & practiced, laughing that we hugged everyone wrong all of these years. We’re sorry, It does seem to make a well being difference oddly enough.
And when we parted after breakfast we hugged one more time, commenting on how easy it was to get used to the other side.
Relearning a lifes action, no easy feat.

From now on if you see us hug someone on the wrong, you’ll know we’re being evil.
