# 45 Talker on OBE

As with all skills, some learn easily, some take longer, and some take what seems to be forever to get any progress. Time travel, remote viewing, and out of body experiences are no different than learning a new skill. Normally I prefer not to post actual methods or procedures. While there is more that could be included here, practice this basic method until you get the hang of it. Practice for an hour and as often as you can. Each session you do will assist in establishing inner reference points. Once you’ve mastered this method, use what ever other methods you’ve tried, with your new skill, as you’ve been doing here.

As a suggestion, do this in a relaxed manner.
1- on the back, relaxed, no tight clothing.
2- arms alongside of the body, not on top.
3- breathe normal
4- room light dim to near dark.
5- imagine both feet, growing an inch or so longer outward.
6- bring both feet back where they belong
7- do #5 and #6 UNTIL you are actually feeling the feet being longer and returned.
8- Feet back home, normal.
9- imagine the head growing an inch or so longer outward.
10- bring the head back in to normal.
11- do #9 and #10 UNTIL you are actually feeling the head extension and return.
12- head back to normal.
13- practice these until you are really feeling it happen.
14- now, feel the head AND the feet extending out an inch or so longer as above.
15- practice this until you are really feeling it happen.
16- the imagination must be in full play here.
17- now repeat the #5 and #9, to extend the head AND feet a foot or so longer.
18- imagine the head AND feet like a rubber band stretching back and
forth, longer and shorter, until you can actually feel it happening.
19- now repeat the #5 and #9, AND all the body stretching back and forth, longer and shorter, until you can actually feel it happening.
20- until you can do these actions easily, repeat until you are getting it.
21- now SEE and FEEL the head, feet and body in the longer stretched position.
22- return to normal body position.
23- number 21 position is again highly imagined. Hold the imagined view, and feel how light and comfortable you are while you slowly float upwards a bit, from the body.
24- return back to the body.
25- number 23 is repeated until it arrives easily. Now your on your own.
