# 143 CyberLink Power2Go not opening Updated 1/3/2010

Not going to beat on a dead horse here. Well maybe just a little. I liked the CyberLink Power2Go interface. I did not try anymore company contact, as no new answers were being sent. Did cover those details in my other posts. So, while the program functions overall, there still is a super critical inspection of all blank disks. I did just toss those disks that Power2Go said were unable to be used to record on. All in all was about two dozen disks over the months I had used a working CyberLink record program, where I threw out those disks. This one particular time four disks in a row were rejected as unable to record to. Now I’m curious and take those same four ‘unrecordable’ disks and bring up the ‘free’ CDBURNERXP 4, and proceed to record the same material, ON those disks that Power2Go said were ‘unrecordable’. All four ‘rejected by Power2Go’ disks took the material I needed on disks, no fuss, no warnings, just a good CDBURNERXP record session.
Oh well, live and learn.
